Making templates to apply to similar sprite sheets?

I'm in the process of aligning sprites on a sprite sheet for animation since they all have varying sizes. Now, I have sprite sheets almost exactly like this one, with the only changes being colors or minor cosmetics. I'd rather not have go through the same exact process for a sprite sheet that's practically identical. Is there a way to create some sort of "template" in Unity that I can apply to sprite sheets or use in the Sprite Editor?
