ContentSizeFiter and ScrollRect behavior

So, I have a container(A) with a ScrollRect vertical only. In this container(A), there is another container(B) with a ContentSizeFitter which my ScrollRect handles.

Currently when I resize my container (A), the contains of the container (B) scroll. What I would like to do is when I resize my container (A), the contains of the container (B) resize verticaly aswell as horizontaly.

Keep in mind, I need my container (B) to be scrollable.

I can make a sample project if my question is unclear.
