Is it possible to create a path/mesh based and have a trail follow it?
I have been trying to get a trail behind my player that curves with the rotation of the player. The velocity of the player is too high to create a real curved trail so I was hoping to artificially create the same effect.
There might be a better way to approach this but the concept I have is to have the trail follow a bezier path that extends for a couple of metres behind the player. It would be straight by default and curve based on the player's rotation or maybe angular velocity.
Does anyone know how to do this?
