Android build fails clang c++

When building for android i get the following error

i tried reinstalling the NDK still get the same error

Please try to delete the E:/Unity Projects/Seiichiaura work/Library/il2cpp_android_arm64-v8a/il2cpp_cache directory. It looks like one of the object files in that directory is corrupt. The C++ compiler will recreate it one your next build.
