Motor Bike Swing Arm / one IK for one bone

I'm trying to make a motor bike and i need help with the swing arm. If i could have an IK where the back wheel is then i could also have a bone for my swing arm and it could point at the wheels position. But i cant get to understand the armature system in Unity.

I only need one bone and an IK that it aims at Also, do I need an animation for that or can the bone just look at the IK even if there is no animations.

I would also like to know how you would simulate the swing arm without bones if possible. it's been days I'm trying to get this to work. Could any one please help me with this?
