UnassignedReferenceException while executing 'performed' callbacks

Hi there, I'm still pretty new to Unity and I've added the new input system to allow two people to play my game, I followed a couple Brackeys tutorials and others to get this working and I've got an error that I don't really understand and haven't really found any sort of fixes through searching it up.
