UI artifacts at a specific place in Unity 2020.2

Weird black dotted line artifacts appear in only these fee buttons. All other button are fine. This problem appeare as I imported my project to version 2020.2 from 2019.2 I am using the URP here and 2D lights, but the buttons are just UI images. It works fine inside the editor. But indie an android build this happens. See the control buttons and the pause button. How do I fix this? alt text
