Any free Cover Systems / demos around still?

Hi. I am creating a third person shooter and I would love to have a dynamic cover system in the game. I have seen there are some demos around from 2012, but it seems like they have all been removed. I would have created a system like this myself, but I am simply not good enough yet.

If anyone knows about a demo or something to get me started? I have all the animations I need :)
