how to chnage UI API called from the background thread to main thread ,UI API called from the background thread to main Thread

i want to update ui in main thread . i already try to all possibility in swift code and objective c files but no luck,because ui mostly we update on main thread. I m new on unity but i wanna changed background to main thread .
