Stealth project: lightmapping artifacts

I followed the tutorial steps, and I got this artifacts on the bus:

I don't know what I've done wrong.

Hi! I had the same issue.

I solve it by modifying a property of the "prop_battleBus" model import settings. Check "Generate Lightmap UVs", Apply and Re-bake the scene.
