Scene/Game lighting problem upon play

There's this problem that I'm having with my lights in the scene/game window

This is how it looks in the scene window

but then when i press play the game suddenly looses the lighting

I've checked other answers in the community saying that I should check the light settings or to set the lights to important. So I did what it said but so far I still got this same problem and I don't know that to do. I also tried adding more lights to the scene but that doesn't seem to fix the problem.
