Restricting Canvas navigation for each player
I am working on a local multiplayer game. I am aware that the UI system lets you navigate and activate GUI elements with the controller or keyboard using the Event System and Input modules.
This works great if there is only one local player, is there any way to make it so player one's controller only interacts with his GUI elements, and the same deal for player two? From what I can tell I will have to write my own version of the Event System that keeps track of many "selected" elements and selectively triggers the navigation events.
@richard-kopelow I know this is old but I would love to hear from your experience, have you managed to build it ?
I know this post is super old but I am having the same issue! Could someone please answer this. I've looked everywhere.
