downloadconnectiontimeout
WWW class cannot give the timeout error message
Hi, I make a test about www lost connection during downloading.
But after I cut down the wifi, I can see its progress has stopped in a value.
During the stopped 5 mins, I still see it shows the same value, there are not timeout or another error message in log.
So, I reactivate the wifi, the conneciton is ok, but It still keep that stopped value, no error output there. Does the www class implement the timeout error here or not?
Here is my test code
public string url;
WWW www;
void OnGUI()
{
GUILayout.BeginVertical();
if (GUILayout.Button("Start"))
{
StartCoroutine(StartWWW());
}
GUILayout.EndVertical();
}
IEnumerator StartWWW()
{
www = new WWW(url);
Debug.Log("Start");
yield return www;
if (!string.IsNullOrEmpty(www.error))
{
Debug.Log(www.error);
}
else
{
Debug.Log("Success");
}
}
void Update()
{
if (www != null && !www.isDone)
Debug.LogWarning("Progress: " + www.progress);
}
