Edit PlayerPrefs via Java Project Android?

Hi guys since unity has the ability to export a unity project to an eclipse project is there a way that they interact with eachother like java project editing unity's player prefs? or unity reading sth from that java project?I mean sth that they can both get access to and the java project can edit?
