Unity package Manager showing scoped registry instead of regular packages.
I'm trying to install ProBuilder for my game and every tutorial says that package manager will have an "all" dropdown menu where you can install packages. But when I go to do that it shows some weird Scoped registry menu instead.
I'm on version 2019.4.19f1 Personal

Go to Window->Package Manager instead. There you can install and do everything you want with packages.
