it is Playerprefs can use in saving highscore and both PC having this can same see data in Highscores?

i create a leader board highscore in my game but i bothering if my highscore see in other game PC.. so what i need to do to have a leader board saving my highscore, and globaly see the data even if you are in other pc..

i have an error on postscore.php.. about posting in my score .. i use the online highscore system in asset store its for free..
