Assets randomly deleted, how do I get them back? ,Prefabs randomly deleted after opening scene, how do I get them back?
This has happened to me on both the fps microgame and before that, the platformer microgame. I have lost an assortment of random assets, including Prefabs, Meshes, Scripts, VFX Effects, Materials, Folders, and Sprites. Help please! ,this happened on the fps microgame template, and the platformer minigame before that. the things deleted include models, textures, prefabs, folders, VFX Effects, Materials, and Meshes. Please help.
Unity can not delete any file without your permission. You should check the recycle bin for your assets. This is why you should always make a backup of your project in a version control program like GitHub.
