Maya animations not playing in Unity 3 correctly

We have created a character and have applied a idle animation in maya, the animation looks fine but after importing to unity the right shoulder seems to be not following the animation out. This happens no matter what animation is applied to the character. All the import settings can be found on the video to answer how I imported. Also we used bone based animations and we made sure to have the most recent fbx converter. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Which Unity are you using? Which $$anonymous$$aya (and fbx exporter)? Are you exporting to fbx manually or do you drop mb files directly into Unity project? I see some more popping than shoulders. Have you baked the animation?
I am using unity 3.1, maya 2011 and im allowing unity to do the conversion. The animations are baked and you can see in the video all the settings I have for the model in the inspector.
