Creating Web Apps for local businesses?
I wan hoping to create a small business that goes around to local companies and create small web apps using unity for them. I doubt I will make alot of money doing this, I didnt know if this was covered by the free Unity licence and would love to know.

You can make anything you want using the free Unity license. As for web apps do you mean applications or web games?
Unity is better suited to making games and 3D graphical applications than general applications.
It's like a game on their site, but more of a very simple advertisement in 3d. Nothing crazy, but unity does an amazing job doing this.
I'm afraid that I will be making a little money but I have no idea what the local businesses will make.

I think Unity is missing out on a potential market for their product. With the right components, you should be able to do anything with Unity that you can with Flash Builder (Flex).
