am i able to perform any functionality using Virtuix omni and Noitom hi5 gloves SDks created player.

i have developed a player using noitom hi5 glove SDK and virtuix omni SDK. I am able to walk and interact with the objects pick , throw, etc but i am unable to collide with other colliders. Example : their is one collider on the floor when my player reach their the Ui should pop out but it is not showing any activity. I have tried on collision enter, ontriggerEnter using Tags, name, compareTags. But unable to resolve it. kindly help me with the solution if anyone have it.
