Can't download Unity because of a shortcut problem

Every time I try to to click the option to run it, it says I have a problem with the shortcut and this pops up: "The item 'Unity Hub.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?" and then I'm forced to delete it since it can't run it anyways because of this problem. What do I do?

Remove that shorcut. Press Start and type Unity. It'll find your installation (if any).
