Pro Builder is merging good for optimization?
Hey all,
I'm curious about Probuilder's "merge objects" tool
I've been using probuilder and Unity for some prototype level design stuff. Pretty simpe meshes I'm not too worried about performance.
But I'm wondering if merging objects like walls, doorways, and window frames might be bad for optimization?
Merging these objects keeps my scene clean but it turns the mesh collider into something more complicated than a box collider.
Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this. Should I keep the objects unmerge to keep the mesh colliders simple? Or should I not be worried?
Thanks for any thoughts.
