Unity Ads only showing Test Ads

Currently my app is only displaying test ads while I run the app. I do not know whether this is a coding error or if it is just because I am testing it on my iPhone. I do not have Test Mode enabled in the Ads Services panel.

Once my app goes live on the App Store, will the test ads finally stop showing? I just want to test the ads so that I know for sure they are working.

I have attached two photos of what my code looks like.
