Adjust height parameters using Gaia (Procedural Generation)

Hi, im trying to procedural generate a world using the Gaia tool. I want to use random noise maps generated by unity and then assign those height maps in Gaia to generate at run time. What I want to do is add in parameters so if the height map / noise map is between the values of 0.4 and 0.7 then it will flatten the ground, maintaining the natural look of mountains and sea's. Is this possible?
