submit questions for a quiz game

hello, i'm from Brazil and I used google translator to write this question :D

I wanted to know how to send a text stored in a variable string to my MySQL data base. I'm thinking of a type of a register and login system(php mysql), but rather to register a username and password in the data base, register a variable string of unity ("Question 1") and instead of a login system, take the string that was created on the base date.
