Particle System - trailing blood
Hello, I'm making a 2D game and I'm trying to make a trailing blood on the background of my Game Over screen. I've played around for hours with the particle system, looked around the net and I can't find anything about this. How would someone go about making such a thing? Especially the trail part....

Yes -- you can make a blood trail using a particle system. The simplest look would be scattered, "random" splots of blood.
Each way it should act has a setting. They should not move. So set speed to 0. They should also not move with the emitter, so uncheck that. They should grow sort of quickly, stay that size, then either shrink quickly or fade away. Look for how to change particle size... .
