ARCamera device is not works and blackscreen problem

I have problem for my application.

i'm using Unity 5.6.0f3 and Vuforia Unity 6.2.10

I opened my friend project that has been completed and it was no problem with the background and the camera. but when I opened my project and I got into trouble. Can you tell me the solution? alt text
