Trouble typing Vietnamese in Input Field

Hi guys. I'm having problem with typing Vietnamese in inputfield. I'm using Monserrat font which supports Vietnamese but When I type "Chào bạn" it will be "Ch?o b?n".

I'm looking for solutions on google but nothing helps.
