How to do Image Swap with Text Color the with New UI Button Transition?

Hi, The old UI Button Transition for the Hover/Disable/Selected state allow the text color to change along with the Image.

I'm trying to figure out how to do this with the New UI button.

Any ideas as to how to do this?

I'm thinking of trying to script it but I don't know how to get the current state of the button.
