My problem is that the transition (not in base layer) is not override the animation which in BaseLayer.
Here's the case: I have 2 layer in my animator : One for the walk/running animation (Layer 0), that animate all the body, the second one for only the hands (Layer 1, override mode). Their weight are all 1. When Layer 1 just play state is work OK. But if Layer 1 have a transition from a state to another and the animation in Layer 1 is not override the animation which in Layer 0.This problem is only appear when Layer 1 is in transition. The animator look like just play the Layer 0 a moment then become normal.
