Connect Apple Watch heart rate to Unity?

Does anyone know if its possible to connect my Apple Watch's heart rate monitor to Unity? Looking to build an AR guided meditation app with this functionality for a project and was wondering if anyone has been able to do this before I get too deep in the project for the sake of the timeline of the class. Thank you in advance for any input.
