Method Markers Detection ? AR

Hi,

I'm on Unity + Vuforia. I'm Building an Augmented Reality app for Androïd. I'm looking for the method that handles the detection of the marker by camera. If you have it, can you also tell me if it can be used anywhere, or if there are pre-requisites.
