How would you deal with this situation? [WebGL]

Suppose you have a House Walking Simulator with relatively high-poly assets and a high graphic fidelity but Baked shadows! (High quality on WebGL standard) Now i ask you to make every Object in the house (Bed, chairs, tables ... all furniture) ... Disappear What would you do? The solution for me would be Level Streaming! But as far as i can tell Unity does NOT officially support this feature unless you tell the Engine how to do so! (Completely out of my hands) And to do so in WebGL i think it would be even harder!! The other idea would be to teleport the player to the same house with nothing on it, in the same scene but that would still having impact on resources and File Size. The objective here is to NOT load a new Scene since we don't want music to stop and the gameplay must be completely smooth! The other possibility is to just use Real Time Shadows ... Would that make a HUGE perfomance impact? Counting that the shadows will actually never move since nothing else does and the player it is not a physical presence! ... nothing moves except the camera. Thanks for any ideas!! x3
