Mobile game not starting,Unity mobile game not loading scene after menu
the game starts but only to the menu. when i press start it just freezes without crashing and the actuall game is not loading. how could i find out what is causing the issue and how could i fix it? please help thanks,
Edit: in the editor everything is working only after i install the game on my phone this problem happens.
i fixed it yipieeee! i had to update unity
@Ewdo Are you using script to change Scene (by Script, i mean that is attached to onclick of Start Button, Check it in inspector)? If yes , Make sure Script is a component of Canvas ( add it to canvas). Make sure Script is error free.

if i remove the menu from the game and let the actuall game start first, everything turns black and it freezes again
