How can I get all the options this guide have in the inspector?
He has allot more options than I do, and I need the other options to follow the toturial.
(the first is mine, the second is the guide) (Note that you can open the pictures in a new tab to see whats written in there in better resolution)
the top one is a Shuriken particle, the bottom one is a legacy particle. $$anonymous$$ake sure your Unity is up-to-date
$$anonymous$$y Unity is up to date, but how can I switch types?
GameObject > Create Other > Particle System
If this doesn't bring up a Shuriken Particle System, something is not right. Again, I would check you are using Unity 4.x
https://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/Components/class-ParticleSystem.html
do NOT post duplicate questions
EDIT : it seems you want to have the legacy particle system, my mistake. To create a legacy particle system, follow my answer here

Thank you :D and I duplicated the question because i didn't get an answer here , sorry I have reached another problem now, the particles are purple
When something shows up purple, it usually means it doesn't have a material.
Create a new material, then set the shader to Particles > Additive. Now drop that material onto your legacy particle gameObject. It should look something like this :

Well, now the things turned black, how do I get them to be transparent? or the colors I have assaigned to them (I already gave them the colors red, orange, yellow to make some sort of flame)
