streaming to iPhone and Android

Forgive me for asking this question because I'm sure it's been addressed somewhere else. I'm evaluating Unity versus Torque and a couple other engines. One feature i require is streaming my app through a browser to both Android and iPhone / iPad. It appears the free version of Unity streams to PC and Mac browsers only. If I purchase Unity Pro and the pro addons for iphone and Android, can I then stream to those devices inside a browser? Basically i want my Unity app to stream - webplayer-based I assume - to all devices.
