Rotation and friction between objects (ball and flat service)
Hi There,
I'm trying to simulate creating rotation through friction between a flat service (tennis racquet) and ball.
I want to have the ball falling on the moving racquet, thus creating the rotational movement on the ball.
So far the standard physics engine doesn't seem to recreate that. Do I need to do it myself?
(I've set friction values greater than 0 on both surfaces).
Thanks!

Ah. $$anonymous$$y theory now is that I'm using animation, and that doesn't change the Rigidbody's velocity, which is required for the physics engine to trigger the friction.
