Can't start a new tutorial project

I have deleted the project because I was having an issue saving the project, now I can't start a new project with John Lemon's Haunted Jaunt: 3D Beginner, I only get the option to "open project".

Which because I have deleted the project says it can't find it, Can I not start a new project with this tutorial. alt text
