i can't export
I wanted to export to Android, download the necessary one, an error appeared which I solved, said to restart unity, I did it, then I was going to export and I could not do it in android or windows, help !!!

i have never used the 2019 version so i dont know how that new build settings should look, but it looks like a unity editor bug, they are frequent in latest unity editor versions, i would try rebooting the pc, and if that doesnt do it, probably the easiest solution is to install other unity version or reinstall your version, as an advice, if you dont need the latest unity version stick with the latest LTS version (2018.4)
