Unity builds with priop playerprefs

I'm trying to submit my project by sharing the folder although when I run it shows as if all of my player prefs didn't reset after building and I have now tried multiple times. So I guess I'm trying to delete all saved data wether that means rebuild(tried multiple times) or deleting a file. Thanks ahead of time.
