Well you can simply code in either c# or javascript in unity and when you done with your game or app simply build it to android in unity

I was confused about gamecontrol com$$anonymous$$g from the no-problem windows build. For mobile devices you will need canvas, joystick and stuff. This video helped me out.

Just import "Cross Platform Input" and use "OnMouseDown" to simulate both a click, and a tap.
