How do I solve this physics slowdown?
within 10-20 min without touching the android game it would lag. Here is the Unity Profiler Debug.

Judging by $$anonymous$$emory
graph alone you're instantiating something every frame or using very inefficient code that is allocating garbage memory all the time. That VVVVVVV
saw-like shape means ugly code that has no respect (understanding) for memory allocations.
At the same time, looking at CPU
graph, it tells me that you're having far too much animated bones with physics colliders attached. But it's a guess.
(There will be people willing to help you mate, just share some more details about what are we looking at here)
