2D Point Light not working correctly on Tilemaps
Hello, I am trying to make 2D Topdown shooter. I am using cinemachine with pixel perfect camera for my camera and tilemaps for my background. I also have a global light with 0.3 intensity and on my player I have a point light with 0.7 intensity. Both of these lights target all sorting layers. Here lies my problem. Global Light works correctly and even the point light works correctly most of the time, but it doesn't light below a specific coordinate until I walk through it. The below two pictures explain the problem better. As you see, when I am above the dark part the point light doesn't light it, but when I walk below it it works correctly.
How can I fix this? Thank you.

I figured it out. I had a composite shadow caster on my tilemap that was causing it and when I removed it the problem went away. I don't really understand what composite shadow caster is and why it was causing this error though.
