how to make array that variables are public and I can change them from unity editor

So I have public array like this alt text

but instead of having elements as a script I want to have each element with public variables from Growing Stage Script so I don't have to make a lot of other Growing Stage Scripts but I can change the variables from unity editor

Have you tried looking at scriptable objects? They might be what youre looking for.
