Non-profit college licensing,Educational license for a school lab for non-profit school
I am a computer network coordinator and have been asked to install the free version of Unity3d in a lab. I need to make sure before I do that we would be in compliance with your licensing. The college district of course has a budget over 100k annually, however the department involved does not. The college is also a non-profit organization. Please advise if we are able to install this software on 35 clients for a lab. ,I'm trying to determine if a non-profit community college is capable for using the free educational version in a lab of 35 computers. The entire district of course has a budget above 100k, but it is non-profit, and the department interested in using this software does not have a budget above 100k. Can you tell me if we install this software on 35 computers, would be out of license compliance?
