Ugly Shadows
I've been having this issue through multiple versions of unity and multiple modeling programs. I don't think this is a problem with my UVs or anything like that. I'm unsure what could be causing this. Basically the shadows on the directional lights are awful and the baked lighting has never worked for me. Everytime I try to bake even with a few static objects and one point light it takes over an hour and when it finishes it looks pixelated and blotchy. I've tried just about every tutorial and every similar article but can't seem to find anything that works. Here is an image below to help demonstrate what I'm trying to say.][1]

With realtime lights, shadow quality is impacted significantly by the Camera's far clip distance. You also have your shadow distance at 1000 units, which seems a bit much. Turn those down and see if you have an improvement. I'm also noticing the bright area on the far side of the window, which seems like there might be a seam there?

The shadow distance is definetely way too high for the RT lights. Try 20 or something in that range, depending your scenery size.
Baking pixelation might be caused because you haven't generated lightmaps for your imported objects in the inspector. Also, make sure your edges are closed to prevent light leaking.
Baking is relatively fast with default settings, so start with those and dial up the values to get more detailed look. One of my scenes I have over 20 pointlights (leds on the ceiling) and the baking with reasonable look with very complex models takes about 15 mins. Also make sure your textures are reasonable size, and remember to crunch them to make the loading time faster.
