What do I do for this error? COPPA Compliance wasn't defined for this project. To enable this service go to project settings, services and configure COPPA compliance.

When I go to project settings, I can't find anything about COPPA compliance. All the options for ads are greyed out and can't be selected.

I have the same problem (Unity 2020.3.15f2), How do you solve it?
