Pick up Item

Hi everyone I am new to the community, and I was wondering how to make a item pick up in C Sharp. Like for example I want to press "E" and pick up a flaslight in one hand. Then eventually I am going to pick up other items such as a gun and a map and so on. Please help and Thanks
