Unity is reacting really slow, and it opens a second instance of the Editor
Alright, so I thought this would be a simple issue, but it's starting to become more and more of an issue.
Whenever I do basically anything in Unity, from opening the shadergraph to opening the editor itself, it has a really long 'Hold on' window, as seen here:
Which it really has never done before-- On TOP of this, I also have this weird thing where whenever I open Unity, it opens 2 instances of the editor: Not to mention, when I click on the white window, it breaks the initial editor all to hell... unfortunately I can't get a screenshot because the loading is taking so long that I can't really show you in time. A fix or something would be greatly appreciated!
Sorry I accidentally added an answer I meant to add a comment. But I can't figure this out so I would like to push this.

This can sometimes happen when your layout settings are corrupted. You can try from the top menu Window -> Layout -> Revert Factory Settings.
