Just came across this page when Googling for an answer to this exact question. I found the executable for Code in /usr/share/code/bin
and when I try to open script files or go to Assets -> Open C# Project, it opens the requested file in Code. It doesn't skip to specific line numbers when double-clicking a message in the Console window, though.
